A weekend at Manisha's!
Den här helgen följde jag med Manisha hem till sin mamma och mormor! Det hade dock ösregnat i två dagar innan vi åkte dit, därav var vägen från busstationen till deras hus helt lerigt. Det slutade med att vi fick ta av oss våra sandaler och gå barfota medan grannarna tittade på oss och skrattade 😜 Väl framme välkomnades vi av Manishas fina mamma och hennes mormor, som är 84 år gammal! De hade fixat chai och lite fika till oss, så himla fina kvinnor! Jag fick även veta att de har varit vegetarianer i tre generationer! Varken Manisha, hennes mamma eller mormodern har någonsin ätit djur eller ägg! De dricker endast mjölk från korna som de tar hand om! Manishas mamma är som en ängel för djur - hon har hans om sju(!) hundar och två kor! Alla djuren har blivit utkastade av andra ägare som inte ville ha dem. Alla hundarna har även fått vaccinationssprutor så de inte kan få rabies 🙏💕 Det var en så härlig och avslappnande helg, ska absolut hänga på Manisha dit igen någon helg! 💕

This weekend I joined Manisha to her home where her mom and Grandma lives out in the countryside! The rain had been pouring down for two days before we went there, so the road from the bus station to their house was quite muddy, so we ended up carrying our sandals and walked barefoot while the neighbors looked at us and laughed 😜 once we finally reached, we were welcomed by her super nice mom and her grandmother, who is 84 years old! They had made some chai and cookies for us, so we sat down to get to know each other a bit. They tod me that they have been vegetarians for three generations!! Neither Manisha, her mother or grandmother has ever eaten animals or eggs! They only drink milk from the cows they take care of! They are like angels for animals - they have about seven (!) dogs and two cows! All these animals had been thrown out by other owners who didn't want them, that is why Manishas mom took them in to her care. She also provided all the dogs have with vaccine against rabies 🙏💕 it was such a lovely and relaxing weekend, I will definitely join Manisha there again some weekend! 💕 ´
